The benign universe

Nature doesn’t provide for our survival. We have to invent tools by ourselves. But evolution pushed the development of humans and the human brain in particular into the perfect organism for survival. Through reason we have the maximum potential for life on Earth (at least, for the Space only future will tell). In that sense we live in a benign universe. But it’s on us to actualise our potential.
