From Personal System to Productized Agency
The Story
Charlie didn’t just build a LinkedIn presence. He turned his system into a service.
Linked Agency is his ghostwriting and content agency, built directly from the frameworks he developed for himself: the CHEF content engine, the 70/20/10 funnel split, the engagement circuit, the visual branding system. The agency positions itself as replacing five separate hires (ghostwriter, designer, newsletter manager, scheduler, engagement handler) with one coordinated team.
The workflow follows three phases: Strategy Alignment (monthly calls to set direction), Content Planning (collaborative dashboard where clients approve topics), Content Delivery (ready-to-publish drafts). Minimum commitment: three months.
He also runs Cognified, offering done-for-you LinkedIn profile revamps, post templates, and engagement frameworks for B2B professionals.
Both services are direct productizations of what he does for himself every day. He’s not selling theory. He’s selling his own operating system, applied to someone else’s account.
Lesson for Creators
The most credible service you can sell is the one you visibly use on yourself. Charlie’s agency doesn’t need case studies from other clients to prove it works. His own LinkedIn account, growing in real time, is the case study. This “eat your own cooking” model eliminates the trust gap that most service businesses struggle with. If the system works for him, potential clients can see the evidence every day in their feed.
